• LTG Link Sustainable Travel CLUB is open to persons aged 14 and above who have registered a Sustainable Travel CLUB account and have agreed to the Rules and Privacy Notice.
• Members of the Sustainable Travel CLUB accumulate CLUB points when traveling by local trains (on the territory of Lithuania). Points are calculated as follows: 17.42 km = 1 kg CO₂ = 1 point = 0.03 Eur. After reaching the amount of EUR 2 (66.67 points), the CLUB points accumulated within 24 hours are automatically generated into a discount coupon of the corresponding value.
• Points are generated only after the journey has taken place, during which your travel ticket has been scanned by the train attendant.
• The validity period of the generated Discount Coupon is 60 calendar days.
• Coupon(s) can be used to pay up to 99% of the basket amount. The minimum amount of the basket paid with Discount Coupon(s) can be at least 0.30 EUR.
• CLUB members can use the generated Discount Coupon several times until its expiration date and/or until they use up the Discount Coupon amount.
• Collected and unused CLUB points are valid for 12 months from the date of their generation. After the expiration date, CLUB points are canceled and deleted from the Sustainable Travel CLUB member's account.

• Are accumulated points converted to coupons automatically? From what amount can I use the available coupons? Yes, CLUB points are automatically converted into a discount coupon after reaching the amount of 2 EUR. The discount coupon is generated within 24 hours at the latest.
• How long are accumulated points/coupons valid for? What happens after they expire? CLUB points are valid for 12 months from the date of their generation. After the expiration date, CLUB points are canceled and deleted from the Sustainable Travel CLUB programme member's account. The validity period of the Sustainable Travel CLUB discount coupon is 60 days from the date of its generation. After the discount coupon expires, the coupons are archived in the "Used and Expired" section.
• Are CLUB points accumulated when traveling on an international route? No, the points of the Sustainable Travel CLUB programme are accumulated when traveling ONLY on local transport routes (in the territory of Lithuania).
