On the home page of www.ltglink.lt you will see the ticket purchase form. Select “Travelpass” and specify the route you need. By clicking “Search” you will be able to choose the type of fixed term ticket, discounts and commercial discounts. You will also be able to specify a ticket activation date. If you are a Travelpass ticket holder, there are a few steps you need to follow to log in to your existing account or create your personal account and make it easier and faster to buy fixed-term tickets. You can conveniently show your fixed-term ticket from your account to your train attendant on your phone or mobile app, and print it out if needed. To create your own account you must:

• Connect to www.ltglink.lt and select “Sign in”.
• In the customer self service window, click on "Change Password” and enter your personal email address where your Travelpass Card is registered.
• After a few minutes, the system will send you an active link, which you can click to update/edit your personal data, create a new password.
• The next time you log in to “Sign in”, you will need to enter your personal email address and your newly created password.

Congratulations, the tickets purchased in your personal account will be automatically transferred to your existing “Travelpasses” Card.

This requirement speeds up the inspection of trains, especially when exemptions are applied, and makes it easier to deal with possible problems.

When traveling on local routes, printed e-ticket is not required. You can display it on the screen of an electronic device that can display a unique graphic code (such as a phone, tablet). For international routes, it is necessary to have a printed e-ticket.

No, a ticket must be paid for immediately. Failure to do so within 20 minutes will automatically cancel the started and incomplete purchase.

Tickets for local trains can be purchased 1 month (30 days) in advance.

The price of a travel ticket is affected by the following factors: the number of stops on the route, the class of seating and the travel time (travel during peak hours is more expensive).

Up to 99 single tickets and up to 50 group tickets can be purchased in one purchase.

A service charge of EUR 2 is applied to all passengers in accordance with the General Rules for the Transportation of Passengers approved by the Company, which are available here, while exemptions from this charge are available here.

Yes, buying tickets online is completely safe. The information sent between your browser and the server is encrypted. All payments are made through the electronic banking system of the bank of your choice.

Yes, you can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard debit and credit cards.

To participate in the Programme, Customers must: 

• Create an account for a member of the Sustainable Travel Club programme; you can find how to do it on the Carrier’s website www.ltglink.lt.
• Familiarize yourself with and agree to the Rules and the Privacy Notice and confirm that the Customer is 14 years or older;  
• In the account, members of the Sustainable Travel Club programme will have the opportunity to use the discounts and offers proposed to them in the “Sustainable Travel Club” section.

In the window that opens, you will see your ticket information and the “Manage booking” function. Click on it to see the change tickets option. • You can return a one-time ticket and get a 90 % refund. you can get the ticket price at least 24 (twenty four) hours before the train departs. Contact any Carrier's ticket office or you can do it yourself on the website www.ltglink.lt or in the mobile application. 
• You can return a one-time ticket and get back 70 % of the ticket price at least 4 (four) hours before the train departs. Contact any Carrier's ticket office or you can do it yourself on the website www.ltglink.lt or in the mobile application.
• Less than 4 (four) hours before the departure time of the train indicated in the ticket and/or departure of the train, the money for an unused one-time ticket will not be refunded. 
• A modified one-time and/or Additional Services ticket is non-refundable.

The benefit is a discount provided by the Law on Transport Benefits of the Republic of Lithuania for passengers traveling on local trains in Class 2 and 3 wagons/places upon presentation of a certificate confirming the right to the benefit.

Yes, possible, except for Class 1 places. Dogs, cats, birds and other healthy, clean animals and pets that have been vaccinated in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Animal Welfare and Protection of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts are allowed to be transported by local trains. The transport of animals on local trains is subject to charges set by the carrier according to the size of the animal.

Applied for Vilnius and Klaipėda: Public transport is not affected by delays. You can travel at your convenient time. When you get on the public transport, touch the QR code of the city to the composter on the bus or trolleybus.

Applied for Šiauliai: For train delays of more than 15 minutes, we suggest that you re-download your ticket by logging in to www.ltglink.lt or the mobile app, which will automatically change the validity period of the e-ticket. Otherwise, please show the SMS/email received from LTG Link Customer Information Centre to Šiauliai Public Transport Control.

A joint ticket is for a passenger when the starting or ending stop of the train route is Vilnius and/or Klaipėda and/or Šiauliai Railway Station.

The single train ticket must be presented to the travel attendant, e-ticket of Vilnius City Public Transport must be presented to the "Susisiekimo Paslaugos" control at the time of control, single e-ticket of Klaipėda city public transport must be presented to the Klaipėda passenger transport control, e-ticket of Šiauliai city public transport must be presented to the "Busturas" control.

A Train Ticket purchased at Perlas terminals may be returned at the Carrier’s ticket office or by contacting the Carrier by e-mail nuomone@ltglink.lt

Train Tickets can be exchanged under the conditions applicable to Single Tickets, as set out in the General Rules for the Carriage of Passengers (in the case of replacement of a Train Ticket for a local route). An International Train Ticket may be exchanged in accordance with the conditions for exchanging tickets set out in the Conditions and Rules for the International Carriage of Passengers.
