If you are a Travelpass ticket holder, there are a few steps you need to follow to log in to your existing account or create your personal account and make it easier and faster to buy fixed-term tickets. You can conveniently show your fixed-term ticket from your account to your train attendant on your phone or mobile app, and print it out if needed. To create your own account you must:

• Connect to www.ltglink.lt and select “Sign in”.
• In the customer self service window, click on "Change Password” and enter your personal email address where your Travelpass Card is registered.
• After a few minutes, the system will send you an active link, which you can click to update/edit your personal data, create a new password.
• The next time you log in to “Sign in”, you will need to enter your personal email address and your newly created password.

Congratulations, the tickets purchased in your personal account will be automatically transferred to your existing “Travelpasses” Card.

This requirement speeds up the inspection of trains, especially when exemptions are applied, and makes it easier to deal with possible problems.

Printed e-ticket is not required. You can display it on the screen of an electronic device that can display a unique graphic code (such as a phone, tablet).

No, a ticket must be paid for immediately. Failure to do so within 20 minutes will automatically cancel the started and incomplete purchase.

Tickets for local and Vilnius–Talinas–Vilnius trains can be purchased 1 month (30 days) in advance.

Tickets for international trains (except Vilnius–Talinas–Vilnius) can be purchased 2 months (60 days) in advance.

The price of a travel ticket is affected by the following factors: the number of stops on the route, the class of seating and the travel time (travel during peak hours is more expensive).

On certain routes, we apply dynamic pricing. This means that tickets for these routes can be purchased at a lower price than usual when bought in advance. On these routes, the price additionally depends on how many seats are still available on the train and how many days remain until the train's departure.

Up to 99 single tickets and up to 50 group tickets can be purchased in one purchase.

A service charge of EUR 2 is applied to all passengers in accordance with the General Rules for the Transportation of Passengers approved by the Company, which are available here, while exemptions from this charge are available here.

Yes, buying tickets online is completely safe. The information sent between your browser and the server is encrypted. All payments are made through the electronic banking system of the bank of your choice.

Yes, you can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard debit and credit cards.

To participate in the Programme, Customers must: 

• Create an account for a member of the Traintravellers Club programme; you can find how to do it on the Carrier’s website www.ltglink.lt.
• Familiarize yourself with and agree to the Rules and the Privacy Notice and confirm that the Customer is 14 years or older;  
• In the account, members of the Traintravellers Club programme will have the opportunity to use the discounts and offers proposed to them in the “Traintravellers Club” section.

• If a ticket purchased online is returned online, the refund will be issued no later than within 6 business days.
• If a ticket purchased from a ticket machine is returned online, the refund will be issued no later than within 10 business days.
• If a ticket purchased from a ticket machine or at UAB "Perlas Finance" sales points is returned at an information center or by contacting informacija@ltglink.lt, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days.
• If the passenger returns the ticket at a Perlas terminal, the refund is issued immediately.

• You can return a one-time ticket and get a 90 % refund. you can get the ticket price at least 24 (twenty four) hours before the train departs. You can do it on the website www.ltglink.lt or in the mobile application. 
• You can return a one-time ticket and get back 70 % of the ticket price at least 2 (two) hours before the train departs. You can do it on the website www.ltglink.lt or in the mobile application.
• Less than 2 (two) hours before the departure time of the train indicated in the ticket and/or departure of the train, the money for an unused one-time ticket will not be refunded. 
• A modified one-time and/or Additional Services ticket is non-refundable.

Benefit – a fare reduction granted under the Law on Public Passenger Transport Discounts of the Republic of Lithuania. It applies to passengers traveling on local train routes in 2nd and 3rd class carriages/seats, upon presenting a certificate confirming the right to the discount.

Yes, possible, except for Class 1 places. Dogs, cats, birds and other healthy, clean animals and pets that have been vaccinated in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Animal Welfare and Protection of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts are allowed to be transported by local trains. The transport of animals on local trains is subject to charges set by the carrier according to the size of the animal.

Storage facilities are located at the main railway stations: Vilnius, Kaunas, Šiauliai and Klaipėda.

A way of selling a single train ticket and an urban public transport E-ticket, where a single train ticket is sold together with an urban public transport E-ticket, using the concept of a Combined Ticket (the Combined Ticket is not a single ticket, but two separate tickets, confirming the conclusion of two separate contracts of carriage, sold together). 

In accordance with E-ticketing agreements made between LTG Link and partners. 

When you board public transport, touch the validator on the bus or trolleybus with the city's QR code. 

You do not need to validate your ticket when boarding public transport.  

A 60-minute E-ticket (full price, 50% benefit and 80% benefit) for regular public transport in Vilnius City, approved in accordance with legislation. 

A single electronic ticket (full price, 50% benefit and 80% benefit) for regular public transport in Klaipėda City, approved in accordance with legislation. 

A 60-minute electronic ticket (full price, 50% benefit and 80% benefit) for regular public transport in Šiauliai City, approved in accordance with legislation. 

A ticket (full fare) for regular public (urban) transport services in Trakai City, validated in accordance with applicable legislation, entitling the passenger to same-day return travel (i.e. outbound and inbound journeys). The E-ticket becomes valid from the moment the train arrives at the final station of the route in Trakai and remains valid for as long as passenger transport services are operated on that day by UAB Trakų paslaugos on regular city bus routes, but no longer than 10 hours from the start of its validity.

The validity period of the E-ticket for public transport in Vilnius City is 60 minutes.  

A validated E-ticket entitles you to travel on one vehicle in one direction on the route to the last stop on the route. 

Once the ticket has been validated on the bus, the passenger will have 30 minutes to change to another bus and continue to the end of the route. 

The E-ticket becomes valid from the moment the train arrives at the final station of the route in Trakai and remains valid for as long as passenger transport services are operated on that day by UAB Trakų paslaugos on regular city bus routes, but no longer than 10 hours from the start of its validity.

The combined ticket is available online at: www.ltglink.lt, on the mobile application (APPs) when the passenger’s origin or destination station is Vilnius railway station, Vilnius Airport, Pavilnys, Naujoji Vilnia, Paneriai, Vokė, Lentvais, Kirtimai, or Šiauliai railway station. The Trakai combined ticket can be purchased online at: www.ltglink.lt, on the mobile app (APPs), if Trakai railway station is not the starting station.

A combined ticket can be purchased at a ticket vending machine when the passenger’s final destination is Vilnius railway station, Vilnius Airport, Pavilnys, Naujoji Vilnia, Paneriai, Vokė, Lentvaris, Kirtimai, Šiauliai railway station, Panevėžys railway station, Klaipėda railway station, or Trakai railway station.

Train delays do not affect travel on the city public transport network (buses, trolleybuses). You can travel at your convenience. When you board public transport, hold your city QR code against the validator located on the bus or trolleybus.

Applies to Jonava and Trakai:

In case of train delays exceeding 15 minutes, we suggest visiting the website www.ltglink.lt or using the mobile app to download a new ticket, which will automatically update the validity period of the E-ticket. Otherwise, please show the SMS/email received from LTG Link Customer Information Centre regarding the train delay to the public transport control in Šiauliai, Jonava and Trakai.

A Train Ticket purchased at a Perlas terminal can be returned at Perlas terminals when all tickets purchased in a single shopping basket are returned.  Refunds are made in cash, payable at the time of ticket return. In the event of return of only part of the tickets purchased in one basket at a Perlas terminal, they can be returned by contacting the Carrier by e-mail informacija@ltglink.lt. More information and advice are provided when calling the general information line +370 700 55111 during office hours (7:00-21:00).

Train Tickets can be exchanged under the conditions applicable to Single Tickets, as set out in the General Rules for the Carriage of Passengers (in the case of replacement of a Train Ticket for a local route). An International Train Ticket may be exchanged in accordance with the conditions for exchanging tickets set out in the Conditions and Rules for the International Carriage of Passengers.

It is be possible to change the One-Time and Additional Services ticket purchased at the ticket machine on the Carrier's website www.ltglink.lt.

It is possible to return a Timed or one-day ticket purchased at the ticket machine in accordance with the General rules of passenger transportation approved by the Carrier.

With the new ticket machines, train passengers will be able to buy tickets conveniently and independently at 23 stations, and the ticket machines themselves will be adapted for all passengers, including those with individual needs, reduced mobility, visual impairments and others. 

Card payments are envisaged to simplify and streamline the purchase process and to take changing customer needs into account. 

Of course, those who want to buy tickets in cash will have the option to do so at alternative outlets – Perlas terminals. 

No. Discounts of the Traintravellers Club, Walk15 and promotional discounts apply to passengers who buy tickets digitally (at www.ltglink.lt and in the mobile app).
