Upon informing the passenger information centre by phone +370 700 55111 about the need for assistance 24 hours before the departure of a local train and 48 hours before the departure of an international train, UAB LTG Link staff will meet the passengers with special needs at the station, see them to the ticket office, help purchase the ticket, provide all the necessary information and assist them in getting on or off the train using special equipment.

People with disabilities or limited mobility in need of assistance should arrive at the station at least 30 min. before the trip (train departure), unless UAB LTG Link staff has indicated otherwise.

In case of change in circumstances (changed departure time or should the passenger decide not to use the assistance), it is necessary to inform the passenger information centre by phone +370 700 55111, thus enabling them to offer the technical means that ensure safe access to the train for other passengers with special needs.
