LTG LINK is part of the Lietuvos geležinkeliai (LTG) group. Lietuvos geležinkeliai is the holding company of the largest Baltic railway group. LTG is responsible for the management of all Group companies. LTG Group, which employs around 6,000 people, aims to become the region's mobility leader and to create the greatest possible value for its shareholder, i.e. the Lithuanian people. LTG Group consists of the main subsidiaries LTG Infra, LTG Cargo, LTG Link and KC. The Group is one of the country's major employers.

Bodies of the Company
The Articles of Association provide for the following bodies of the Company:
- General Meeting of Shareholders;
- Board of Directors;
- Manager (CEO).

General Meeting of Shareholders
The General Meeting of Shareholders is the supreme governing body of the Company. The competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the procedure for convening and adopting decisions are laid down in the Law on Companies, other legal acts, as well as in the Articles of Association of the Company. The sole shareholder of UAB LTG Link is AB Lietuvos geležinkeliai, which takes the main decisions related to the implementation of ownership rights and obligations.
During the reporting period, the shareholder's property and non-property rights were not restricted and there were no special rights for the shareholder.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is a collegial management body as defined in the Company's Articles of Association, which during the reporting period consisted of 5 members, 2 of whom are independent, 1 is a civil servant and 2 are delegated by the shareholder. The members of the Board of Directors are elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders for a term of 4 years. The Board of Directors elects the Chairperson of the Board of Directors from among its members. The same person may not be elected as a member of the Board of Directors for more than two consecutive terms. The Board of Directors is accountable to the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
The competence of the Board of Directors is in line with the competence of the Board of Directors as set out in the Law on Companies and other laws, and additional competences of the Board of Directors are set out in the Articles of Association of the Company.
The term of office of the Board of Directors is from 23 January 2023 to 23 January 2027.
None of the members of the Board of Directors holds shares in LTG Group companies.

- Before joining LTG Link, K. Meidė was the CEO of the Lithuanian Red Cross Society, the CEO of Maxima LT retail chain, the Head of Eurovaistinė pharmacy chain in Lithuania and Euroapotheca operating pharmacy chains in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland, the Head of the Southern Region of Swedbank.
