There is also a self-service zone where you can buy hot drinks and snacks.

• Class 1 passengers can enjoy the amenities of the VIP Lounge by automatically receiving a VIP Lounge access ticket together with their train ticket.
• The cosy space with comfortable armchairs, seating furniture, modern décor and a relaxed atmosphere allows travellers to unwind before the journey.
• For those who want to use their time for work, there are comfortable desks, a separate meeting room, and a conversation area.
• In the VIP Lounge, you will be able to use free internet, buy snacks and hot drinks.

• The service is FREE OF CHARGE for passengers travelling in Class 1 to/from Vilnius Railway Station with a journey time longer than 1 hour.
• All passengers travelling by train to/from Vilnius Railway Station who have purchased the VIP Lounge service with a single travel ticket.

• If you are travelling in Class 1 to/from Vilnius Railway Station and your journey time is longer than 1 hour, you will receive a VIP Lounge service ticket free of charge and automatically.
• If you are travelling in Class 1 to/from Vilnius Railway Station and your journey time is less than 1 hour, you can buy a VIP Lounge ticket online, on the mobile app or at a ticket machine. The fixed service fee is EUR 4.
• If you are travelling in Class 2 or 3 to/from Vilnius Railway Station, you can purchase a VIP Lounge service ticket online, on the mobile app or at a ticket machine together with your single ticket. The fixed service fee is EUR 4.

1. What is the price of the VIP Lounge service?

The service is free of charge for passengers travelling in Class 1 to/from Vilnius Railway Station with a journey time longer than 1 hour.

For all other train travellers, an additional VIP Lounge service must be purchased with a single train ticket for a fixed fee of EUR 4.

2. For how long is a VIP service ticket valid?

The service can be used on the day of travel, two hours before travel or two hours after travel. The VIP Lounge may be entered once with the ticket.

3. Is it possible to buy a VIP service ticket without a travel ticket?

Service tickets are only available in addition to travel tickets. The VIP Lounge service ticket can only be purchased together with a train ticket, either online, on the mobile app or at a ticket machine.

4. Can I refund my VIP service ticket? 

Yes, in accordance with the current refund policy for single tickets and additional services.

5. Is it possible to buy a VIP service ticket from a ticket machine?

Yes, it is. 

6. What are the opening hours of the VIP Lounge?

The VIP Lounge will be open during the opening hours of the railway station.

7. Will the VIP Lounge be available to customers using wheelchairs?

Wheelchair users have access to the VIP Lounge. All customers with a valid service ticket can enter the VIP Lounge. Please note that the wheelchair accessible WC is located on the ground floor of Vilnius Railway Station, in the common waiting area (the VIP Lounge does not have a wheelchair accessible WC).

8. Can I bring my bicycle, scooter or pet?

Bicycles, scooters and pets are not allowed in the VIP Lounge.

9. Can I come with my child?

- Children under 7 years of age can enter the VIP Lounge free of charge if they are included in the ticket (not occupying a separate seat) with which the VIP Lounge service was purchased as an additional service.

- Children up to 7 years of age with a Class 1 ticket or a Class 2/3 ticket with the additional VIP Lounge service purchased can enter the VIP Lounge.

- Children over 7 years of age must have a travel ticket that meets the requirements for access to the VIP Lounge.

10. Can passengers with fixed-term tickets use the VIP Lounge?

Currently, the VIP Lounge service is only available to travellers purchasing single tickets.
