ADOMAS: I have a student ticket, I travel cheaper. It is not worth driving a car alone. I don’t even count how many times I’ve been to Kaunas. It’s a new city for me, I’m discovering it with my girlfriend. I have been going to her for a year. She also comes to me. That’s how we agreed – one week I stay with her, the next – she stays with me. Weekend friendship. And in summer – not only on weekends.
I am studying in the university for the first year. I haven’t left my parents’ house, so I would like to go somewhere for a longer period this academic year. Maybe to study under the Erasmus program, maybe just travel. I open the Ryanair page, and there are offers to Oslo! I really want to travel, so I say, I will travel there! And anyway, I am most willing to go to South America. Different countries fascinate me there, football, music and language are beautiful, people are more interesting. It attracts me. I had started learning Spanish.
The cross on my neck is my mother’s. I’m not a practicing Christian, but I find this symbol beautiful. Especially because it was a gift from my mother. I believe in something that is above us. Religion is necessary for a human. Everyone has to believe in something that is unearthly, intangible, then one can go much further. After all, everything that happens is happening according to a bigger plan. It is important for me to have a goal. Well, for example, a song I wrote was played on the radio. I have already achieved this. But then I realized that the goal must be bigger, that I have to keep trying.
